Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstract submission format

  2. Poster format

    Participants are requested to print the poster in A1 size and bring it with them on the day of presentation​.​


     

  3. Submission procedure

    Mail your abstract/poster to natsymscm@gmail.com
     

  4. Possible publication options

     

  • Format: Both word-file and PDF file
     

  • Word limit – 500 words excluding keywords and title
     

  • Font size and type – 14 points and Times New Roman
     

  • Should include key points (like—Introduction, methodology, findings, conclusion etc.)
     

  • Keywords – maximum 5 nos.

  • Journal of Urban Studies (SAGE)—Special issue
     

  • Progress in Planning (Elsevier)—Special issue
